- Solution of the motor driven by AC100-K shakes during operation
Fault Name:
The motor driven by AC100-K shakes during operation.
Fault Symptom:
The motor driven by AC100-K shakes when the gas consumption on the site is small.
Causes:
The lower limit frequency setting is too small.
Solutions:
The lower limit frequency is set to about 30% of rated
Analysis:
Through on-site observation, when the gas volume is large, the air compressor has been operating at full load, the current is very normal, and the motor runs smoothly without vibration. In the field, the amount of gas used is small. According to the internal logic of the air compressor expansion card, AC100-K starts to run at a low limit frequency, and the motor appears jitter and heat. If it is maintained for a long time, even stall, overload and demagnetization of the motor occur.
The main reason for this phenomenon is that when operating at the lower limit frequency, the on-site gas consumption is usually small, and the internal pressure is larger at this time. If the lower limit frequency is set too small, the motor output will be insufficient, the motor will shake and the current will increase. Even if the current limit is entered, the motor will stall, and the drive will report over-current and over-voltage fault.
The principle of setting the lower limit operating frequency: the rated value is set at 30 percent, and then the operating machine will gradually increase or decrease the lower limit operating frequency and AC100-K can operate normally at the lower limit frequency.
